Chade Williams
cwilliams@embarkeducationmd.com

  • Mrs. Neubauer graduated from Rutgers University with a Masters of Social Work. Lead by her innate ability to work with children, Ms. Neubauer worked in several different schools, both in general education classrooms and special education schools before finding her home at Embark Education. In the classroom, Ms. Neubauer sense each child for their unique and amazing qualities and tailor each child’s experience to their individual needs. She excels at teaching children life skills and how to think critically about the world around them.

  • Before beginning her teaching journey, Mrs. Williams spent two years working in the human services field, where she developed a passion for helping and supporting families. In 2023, she made the decision to step into early childhood education and joined Embark Education. She started as a floater, which gave her the opportunity to work with all age groups and discover the unique joys of each developmental stage. That experience laid a strong foundation and shortly after, she was offered a full-time position as an assistant teacher in the Infant/Toddler Program.

In 2024, she stepped into the role of lead teacher. Since joining Embark Education, she’s grown tremendously—not only in her teaching skills but also in her confidence and classroom leadership. Every day, she is learning more about how to nurture curiosity, support emotional growth, and create an engaging learning environment for the children in my care.

Teaching has become more than a career to Mrs. Williams—it’s her calling.

Dawn Smith
dsmith@embarkeducationmd.com

  • Mrs. Kelly Ciampaglio grew up in northern Baltimore County, and now lives with her own family in southern Pennsylvania. She graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Psychology, and a minor in Spanish. Child Development and Child Psychology were of particular concentration in her studies. Mrs. Ciampaglio worked as a pre-K teacher after college, then took some time to raise her sons. During this time, she volunteered in her community, and took an active role as PTA President, then substitute teacher at her children's elementary school. She returned to teaching in 2020, and has been with Embark Education since 2023. Volunteering gave space for creativity and making lasting memories for the students, through rich experiences. Raising her own family taught her exactly what parents value and need in a pre-K teacher, and what she wants her own children and all of her students to learn.  She brings these skills to her lesson planning and social emotional guidance in the classroom. She especially thrives when working with neurodiverse children, helping them and their families understand and advocate. Mrs. Ciampaglio helps children identify and communicate their feelings and needs appropriately. She forms strong bonds with each student and their family. And she ALWAYS welcomes hugs!

Ms. Smith’s favorite thing about being a teacher is the ability to witness children grow into unique individuals and be able to say that she was part of their school journey. She is committed to creating a family of little learners that always feel valued. She believes one of the most important roles as an educator is being able to guide children in reaching their developmental milestones successfully while still giving them the freedom to do so independently. With a background in cheerleading and dance and a love for all things craft, Ms. Smith not only brings her years of experience in childcare to the classroom, but she brings her creative spirit as well.
